Hector

Hector was the greatest warrior on the side of the Trojans. He had the protection of the god Apollo. Hector killed Achilles’ squire Patroclus, which led to the eventual duel between the two heroes. In that contest, Achilles prevailed and the Trojan hero Hector was slain.
